Our mechanical teams have delivered complex, full-package installations for educational facilities of all types. One of our largest projects was a 13-month programme at Exeter House SEN School in Salisbury. This included the installation of a new plant room, commercial heating and plumbing distribution, CHP units, AHU ventilation, BMS controls, underfloor heating, rainwater harvesting, above-ground drainage, sanitaryware, and air-conditioning systems. At the opposite end of the scale, we have delivered fast-turnaround mechanical packages for new primary schools, including a six-month programme on a greenfield site in Dorset.
